Gift Cards

1. Lavish Gift Cards may be redeemed against food and drink purchased at Lavish Café Bar & Grill, subject to availability and any exclusions stated at the time of purchase.

2. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be shown on the Gift Card or accompanying email. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will no longer be available.

3. Gift Cards may be used for full or part payment. Where the value of the purchase is less than the available Gift Card balance, the remaining balance may be used on a future visit before the expiry date.

4. Where the total bill exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

5. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash change will be given.

6. Gift Cards may be transferred to another person and used by the person presenting the valid Gift Card or voucher code.

7. Please keep your Gift Card or voucher code safe. Lavish reserves the right to request reasonable proof of purchase before replacing a lost, stolen or deleted Gift Card. Replacement cannot be guaranteed.

8. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

9. Advance booking is recommended and remains subject to availability. Holding a Gift Card does not guarantee a table or reservation.

10. Where a Gift Card is issued for a specific experience or event, such as Caribbean Afternoon Tea, any additional booking conditions, dates or availability restrictions stated on that voucher will also apply.

11. Gift Cards purchased online are subject to any applicable statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes a customer's rights under UK consumer law.

12. Lavish reserves the right to refuse a Gift Card that it reasonably believes has been copied, altered, obtained fraudulently or used without authorisation.

13. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
